Every morning I wake up and I try to recall the exact time I went to bed the night before and count how many hours of sleep I managed to get and if I got sufficient sleep or not. All this could be solved if I just went to bed earlier. I really need to start going to bed earlier. I need to sleep by 10pm, so, I need to start going to bed by 9:30. The 30 minutes period is so I could give myself time to try to sleep. I need at least 7 hours of sleep-time daily.
